Use the product-specific size chart on each dress page and compare your bust, waist and hip measurements before ordering. We recommend choosing your size based on measurements rather than relying only on your usual dress size.
Most VORDELE dresses are prepared and quality checked within 7 to 15 working days before dispatch. Working days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
After dispatch, delivery is generally estimated at 10 to 15 working days. The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is therefore approximately 17 to 30 working days, depending on destination, customs and carrier conditions.
Returns are accepted for eligible product-related issues such as damaged, defective or incorrect items, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We do not generally accept voluntary returns solely for fit, size preference, color preference or change of mind outside any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
We work to represent each dress and color as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, fabric texture and normal production variations. If an item is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us.
We recommend ordering well in advance. Most dresses require 7 to 15 working days for preparation, followed by approximately 10 to 15 working days for delivery after dispatch. Allow extra time for customs, carrier delays and any alterations you may want before your event.
